Why soft drinks are a troublemaker food

Защо безалкохолните напитки са проблемна храна

Whether you call them soft drinks or sodas, they are not helpful in any cleanse. Many of these come in aluminum jugs, and aluminum is one of the things you're trying to get rid of during a cleanse. Plus, they often contain harmful aspartame, high-fructose corn syrup, flavorings, and flavorings, even if you're not drinking from a can.

Advising you to consume soft drinks from the health food store while trying to get clean would be reckless and unsupportive. They will almost certainly cause trouble - we will get something with "natural" flavorings (which are based on monosodium glutamate) or sugar from genetically modified sugar beets. And the healthiest soft drinks are not natural, but man-made. Even if they contain an herb, they are effectively concoctions – admittedly imaginative ones – that have been produced for the sole purpose of being pleasing to the palate.

Soft drinks can also screw us up by throwing blood sugar into overdrive and making us hungry for the wrong things. They often also contain caffeine, which stirs up our adrenal glands and can cause several types of imbalances that work against us when we're trying to detox. ( You can learn more about caffeine from the article "The truth about caffeine" . Expect a special article on the topic, why caffeine is a problem food. )

The bottom line: soft drinks do not support cleansing and healing!
