Apricot dessert bars

Кайсиеви десертни барчета

Apricots are an incredible rejuvenating food. They are rich in amino acids like cysteine and glutamine, as well as minerals like selenium and magnesium in their most bioavailable forms. The fruit contains over 40 trace minerals, some of which are linked together as cofactor trace minerals, creating bioavailable natural alloys that science has yet to discover. Apricots contain phytochemicals that bind to chemical molecules like DDT deep within the body, reducing the risk of many types of cancer.

Apricots are a B12-boosting food, meaning they remove harmful elements in the digestive tract that interfere with the body’s healthy production of B12. (You can learn more about B12 in the article “Medical Benefits of Vitamin B12.” ) When you eat an apricot, the skin collects and destroys mold, yeast, and unwanted fungi in the body. It’s also rich in enzymes and coenzymes that protect DNA. The fleshy part of the apricot prevents the production of ammonia in the intestines, a harmful gas that can penetrate the walls of the intestinal tract and cause problems throughout the body, from brain fog to dental problems. (Anthony William calls this condition ammonia permeability , and it’s still unknown to science.)

Apricots are a warming food and an energy stabilizer that stimulates the growth of red blood cells, strengthens the heart and nourishes the brain. When your reserves are depleted from exertion to the limit, reach for apricots - they are a sensational food for returning to life.

DISEASES

If you have any of the following conditions, try including apricots in your diet:

Cancer, gallstones, gallbladder disease, bursitis, celiac disease, diverticulitis, Lyme disease , acne , anemia, hypertension, asthma, rheumatoid arthritis , depression, chronic fatigue syndrome , fibromyalgia , mold exposure, yeast infections, postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS) , Raynaud's syndrome , hypoglycemia , hyperglycemia , diabetes , parasites, ammonia permeability .

SYMPTOMS

If you have any of the following symptoms, try including apricots in your diet:

Temperature sensitivity, chronic fatigue , dizziness , body aches, chronic nausea, unquenchable thirst, sore gums, shortness of breath, food allergies, candida overgrowth , sweating disorders (whether you can't sweat at all or sweat excessively), itchy skin, brain fog , bloating, colon cramps, constipation, hunger, flatulence, headaches, loss of energy, weight gain.

EMOTIONAL SUPPORT

Apricots help us regain our emotional strength. They open us up, make us more accepting, and help those of us who have trust issues reduce our nervousness or shyness. Apricots calm us when we feel threatened and regulate our defensive nature, connecting us to our intuition so we know when to be on guard and when to let our guard down. When we are frustrated in any situation, apricots are an excellent tranquilizer.

SPIRITUAL LESSON

In this century, apricots have been taken for granted, overshadowed by shinier, more glamorous, and tastier foods. When you learn to appreciate this fruit for its health benefits—which surpass many other foods—open your eyes and heart to the job opportunities, friends, and family you also took for granted.

TIPS

  • Apricots are so energizing and transformative that you only need to eat one to enjoy their benefits. However, when you are struggling with a health issue, try consuming four apricots daily for support and healing.
  • The greatest benefit from apricots comes after 3:00 p.m. That's when the nutrients in the fruit are at their highest level and are most bioavailable.
  • Be patient with apricot ripening. Wait until the fruit is fully ripe before eating it – don’t eat unripe fruit. Don’t worry about juiciness – an apricot doesn’t have to be full of juice to be beneficial.
  • When fresh apricots are not in season, dried apricots without added sulfur are a great alternative. While not all dried fruit retains its nutritional value, apricots retain all of their health benefits when dehydrated. The potassium content even increases – unlike many other fruits – when apricots are dried.
