Extractor Smoothie

Екстрахиращо смути на Лечителя Медиум

The Extractor Smoothie is designed to support the removal of various types of chemical toxins from the body, while also facilitating the release and removal of toxic heavy metals. Thanks to the combination of fruit, wild blueberries, parsley, radishes, and mustard seeds, this recipe is rich in antioxidants and phytonutrients.

Ingredients:

  • 1 apple, chopped;
  • 1 cup wild blueberries (frozen or fresh) or 30 ml pure wild blueberry juice, or 1 tbsp wild blueberry powder;
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen mango or 1 fresh or frozen banana;
  • 1 cup tightly packed fresh parsley;
  • 1 radish;
  • 1 tsp mustard seed powder;
  • 1 cup water, coconut water, freshly squeezed apple juice, or 100% natural organic apple juice, without additives.

Instructions:

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If you prefer a thinner consistency, add up to 1 more cup of water, coconut water or apple juice and blend again. Serve immediately.

Tips:

  • If possible, choose red-skinned apples, as they contain more beneficial nutrients.
  • Mango is the preferred fruit for this recipe. If you don't have fresh or frozen mango, banana is an excellent alternative.
  • You can use any type of radish – red, black, or purple. Avoid daikon.
  • If using coconut water, make sure it contains no natural flavors and has no pink or red tint.
  • If using bottled apple juice, choose one that contains only 100% organic apple juice without added sugar, citric acid, or preservatives.
  • If the taste of mustard seed is too strong for you, you can temporarily reduce the amount to ½ tsp or less and gradually reach the recommended dose of 1 tsp.
  • If the taste of parsley is too overwhelming for you, you can temporarily reduce the amount to ½ cup and gradually increase to the recommended 1 cup.
  • If you do not have access to wild blueberries, wild blueberry juice, or wild blueberry powder, you can substitute them with blackberries. They are also rich in antioxidants, but do not possess the same properties as wild blueberries in terms of protection against heavy metals, chemicals, radiation, and other toxins.
  • If you cannot find apples, you can use ripe pears for this recipe. If you do not have access to apples or pears, look for oranges as a substitute. If you cannot find oranges, look for papaya. If you cannot get papaya, look for bananas. And if you cannot find bananas, you can use mango instead of apples or pears.
