You can enjoy it on its own or serve it in lettuce leaves for a nutritious snack or light main course.
Atlantic sea vegetables, such as dulse, provide over 50 health-promoting minerals. These minerals have extremely high bioavailability and are easily absorbed by the body, supporting those body systems that are deficient. As these minerals help restore balance in the body, they also create electrolytes that provide support during stress.
2 tbsp coarsely chopped fresh basil or dill (optional).
Instructions:
Place the avocado, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and Atlantic dulse in a large bowl. Toss gently until the ingredients are evenly distributed.
Add the lemon juice, cayenne pepper flakes (if using), and the basil or dill (if using). Toss gently again until all ingredients are well combined and evenly coated with the lemon juice and chosen herbs.
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Serves 2-4.
