What happens with the supplements recommended by Medical Medium?

Какво се случва с препоръчаните от Лечителя Медиум хранителни добавки?

In recent weeks, followers of Anthony William (the Medical Medium) have noticed an unexpected change: some well-known supplement brands have disappeared from his list of recommended products.

This has sparked numerous questions, discussions, and speculations within the community. What is the reason? Is there cause for concern? And what does this mean for people who use these products daily?

In this article, we will examine the facts and possible explanations behind these events.

What is the change?

The list of "preferred supplements", maintained by the Medical Medium, traditionally includes brands that meet his criteria for purity and quality.

Recently, however, users have noticed that some of them are no longer present.

The most frequently mentioned removed brands:

  • Gaia Herbs

  • Nature’s Answer

  • Go Nutrients

At the same time, HawaiiPharm products are also under question, despite being available until recently.

It is important to emphasize: at present, there is no official statement from Anthony William or his team.

What is behind this change?

The main hypothesis discussed in the community is related to one specific ingredient: vegetable glycerin

Many of the affected products are so-called glycerites — alcohol-free herbal extracts where active ingredients are extracted using vegetable glycerin.

The potential problem:

Glycerin is often produced from:

  • rapeseed (canola) oil

  • soybean oil

  • palm oil

And in the Medical Medium's protocols, these very oils – especially if they are GMO – are to be avoided.

This leads to the assumption that some of the brands may have been removed due to the source of the glycerin.

What do the manufacturers themselves say?

Gaia Herbs

The company states that it uses glycerin from non-GMO sources such as sunflower, soy, and corn, without the use of canola or palm oil in current formulas.

HawaiiPharm

They state that their glycerin can be from various vegetable oils (including palm, rapeseed, or soy), but they emphasize something important: after full refining, glycerin is chemically identical, regardless of its source.

Nature’s Answer and Go Nutrients

There are no official statements, but according to information in the community, the use of palm oil-derived glycerin is suspected.

Where does all the concern come from?

Most of Anthony William's followers are chronically ill people who have been battling their symptoms and conditions for a long time. They are very strict in following his advice, guidelines, protocols, etc. He has always said that if he ever doubts the quality of a company, he would remove it from his directory of recommended supplements, because he strives to always offer the best to his followers. He has given examples of Atlantic dulse and spirulina from some companies that are no longer among the recommended, due to their negligence regarding the quality of their products.

Companies may try to emphasize scientific methods for synthesizing pure glycerin and how these methods invalidate the origin of the product from which the glycerin was created, but Anthony William has always advised to follow the ingredients very strictly, always denying the quality of products with oils from rapeseed, canola, soy, palm oils, etc.

This discrepancy is likely at the heart of what is happening.

What does this mean for you?

At this stage, there is no reason to panic, but there is reason to be informed.

Practical tips:

✔ Check the source of glycerin in products
✔ Contact the manufacturer if in doubt
✔ Choose brands with transparent information
✔ If you follow the Medical Medium's protocols – stick to his current recommendations

Some manufacturers are already reacting by:

  • seeking alternative sources (e.g., flaxseed)

  • improving their transparency

Conclusion

At present, there is no official explanation for the changes in the Medical Medium's list of recommended supplements.

The most probable reason is related to the origin of the glycerin in the products, but this remains a presumption.

We all hope that Anthony William himself will very soon come forward with an explanation of what is happening, which will provide answers and reassure his followers.
