Anthony William on individual nutritional supplement formulas

Антъни Уилям за индивидуалните формули хранителни добавки

You’ll notice that almost all of the products Anthony William recommends are individual herbs or supplements. You won’t find a supplement package containing dozens of ingredients – different herbs, vitamins, amino acids, and more. There’s a reason for that.

When 10 to 40 different substances are put into a single capsule, each ingredient is only present in microscopic amounts, not enough to help you heal. This is a practice that some companies use to use cheap, low-quality ingredients in minimal amounts. And if there is a quality ingredient, they save money by adding it in a very minimal amount. Either way, whether the product is quality or not, you are being cheated. Especially when your digestive system is weakened, these “minimum doses” may not be absorbed at all.

At the same time, most people with chronic illnesses are extremely sensitive. If you react to a capsule, powder, or tincture full of many ingredients, you will never know exactly what caused the reaction and therefore cannot learn from it. Furthermore, supplements with dozens of ingredients are mixtures created according to the ideas of some so-called nutraceutical expert, not according to the real needs of your liver or the real reason why you are sick and suffering.

Each of the supplements suggested in the Healer Medium protocols has God-given power to help your body heal. Your liver—the body’s main processing center—recognizes each of these supplements and knows how to use them. So if you see a list of 10 to 15 stand-alone supplements for a given condition or symptom in one of the Healer Medium books , the healing benefits of those supplements far outweigh those of 10 to 15 different multi-ingredient products, even if they are “high-quality.” In fact, such products are created based on guesswork—dozens and dozens of guesses about what might be good for you, which ultimately only burden the liver and other parts of the immune system.

After all, chronic symptoms and illnesses like those described in The Healer Medium’s books are still a mystery to the medical community. How can a “specialist” recommended supplement help when no one knows the real cause of your condition? Only when you know exactly what is causing your health problem, as you can learn from these lists and the entire series of books by The Healer Medium , can you know what specific supplements to take. With the herbs and supplements recommended by The Healer Medium , the power is in your hands to take care of your specific symptoms and illnesses.

Quality matters.

Anthony William is often asked what the most effective form of a supplement is and whether it even matters. The answer is: yes, it matters a lot.

There are subtle, and sometimes critically important, differences between different types of supplements that affect this:

  • how quickly the viral or bacterial load is reduced (if at all),
  • whether and how quickly the central nervous system recovers,
  • how quickly the inflammation decreases,
  • how long it takes to recover,
  • whether you can safely remove toxic heavy metals from the body.

The type of supplement you choose can speed up or slow down your progress. To speed up your healing, you need the right types of supplements. For these very important reasons, Anthony William offers on his website ( https://www.medicalmedium.com/preferred/supplements ) a directory of the best forms of each of the supplements listed in the treatment protocols for over 200 symptoms and conditions described in “Cleanse for Health.”

Dosages

In the book “Cleanse for Health” you will find lists of supplements that may be of specific support to you. You can safely start with a much lower dose than recommended.

Even a small amount of a high-quality supplement will provide you with far more health benefits than a large amount of a low-quality supplement with multiple ingredients. If you are sensitive, use your personal experience, your healing intuition, or consult a doctor to determine what dosage is right for you.

Teas and tinctures

When it comes to herbal tinctures, actively seek out alcohol-free options (avoid the word ethanol, too). Typically, the alcohol in tinctures is made from corn kernels and is therefore GMO-compromised—even when it’s organic. This:

  1. destroys the beneficial properties of the herb,
  2. penetrates the herb itself and changes it,
  3. damages the liver and weakens the immune system.

Corn alcohol also feeds the pathogens that cause chronic symptoms and disease. Grape alcohol, while not feeding the pathogens, still penetrates the herb, diminishing its effects and putting a strain on the liver and immune system.

If more than one herbal tincture is recommended for a given symptom or condition, you can safely combine them – that is, take them all at once, dissolved in a little water.

The same goes for herbal teas. For example, if your condition calls for rosehip tea, peppermint tea, and nettle tea, that doesn't mean you have to drink three separate cups of tea—especially if you have to do it twice a day. Instead, you can put one tea bag of each tea in a cup, or make a loose herbal blend with the three plants.

When preparing your teas and tinctures, you can safely add freshly squeezed lemon juice or raw honey.
